I stayed in a fabulous suite on the other side of the hotel, suite 1857, which was fantastic. The staff throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the restaurant, provided outstanding customer service. The location, although not very relaxing due to the high number of guests, is lovely and always expanding with new options, which I appreciate as a regular visitor.
The hotel was in a lovely location with stunning scenery and walks, but the spa area was very crowded. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Dining was of a high standard, offering amazing choices, and the facilities were top-notch.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, especially the heavenly mattress received as an anniversary present. The service was top-notch, with unbelievably helpful and pleasant staff. The dining options were beautiful, offering a huge selection of hot and cold options, but the menu lacked variety in spirits. The facilities were immaculate and convenient, overlooking the tennis courts.
The hotel has a hazardous location, yet they are always expanding with new options, which I love as a regular visitor. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The spacious layout includes plenty of pools and jacuzzis, although the spa area can get very crowded. The dining experience is of a high standard, especially the breakfast selection, but poorly managed in some instances.
